Chaos Batts

These ten batts were carded on my Ashford drum carder during a severe rain event that put our region into a local State of Emergency. As rain poured and neighbouring villages flooded, blending outrageous colours became a way to turn ongoing climate chaos into something tangible.

Each Chaos Batt is a fluffy blend of pure New Zealand merino and corriedale wool, mulberry silk, and locally sourced kid mohair. Handcrafted for spinners and felters; ready to inspire and unleash your creativity.
