I sourced this wool as raw fleece from local NZ sheep and commissioned its processing: washing, carding and gilling, at farm-mill Tai Tapu Wool Carders in Rolleston, Aotearoa New Zealand.

This pure NZ wool carries a story, and some vegetable matter is present; a reminder that it comes from real sheep living their best lives, and its journey from farm to fibre.
